Recently acquired by Lakeside Healthcare Inc., Eastland Medical Group (EMG) was established in 1993 offering quality services to the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties. By merging with the resources of Lakeside Healthcare, EMG is able to offer an even broader team of specialty network physicians as well as ancillary providers from which its members can choose. Lakeside Healthcare also includes Lakeside Medical Group, an organization of practicing physicians, which means they have a strong understanding of the administrative processes as well as the importance of doctor-patient relationships.

Do I have to notify my health plan? No, for now Lakeside Healthcare will be keeping the name, Eastland Medical. It should remain transparent for you.
