Dr. Farag completed her medical degree training at the Faculty of Medicine in Assiut, Egypt. Immediately following her graduation, she moved to the United States and completed both her internship and residency at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She has research experience in the study of Cushing’s Disease, Cushing Syndrome and Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Dr. Farag is active in her church community and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
