 Earl
Bernard is chief executive officer of Arroyo Seco
Medical Group. He is involved in the overall management,
development, and expansion of the practice and works
to ensure ASMG continually improves to meet the needs
of its patients. Under Earl's leadership ASMG has
launched a variety of successful programs including
concierge medicine and complementary alternative medicine.
He has more than two decades of experience in the
healthcare industry with expertise in the areas of
administration and finance. Earl has worked in hospitals,
clinics, IPA’s, MSO’s, and medical groups
focusing on a variety of areas including medical,
surgical, chemical dependency, and psychiatric.
Earl holds a master’s degree in business administration
from the University of California at Los Angeles as
well as a master's degree in health care administration
from California State University at Long Beach. He
earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and computer
science from California State University at Fullerton.
His history of accomplishments includes the conceptualization
and development of an integrated medical mall combining
one-stop health care with customer service. He also
constructed a total managed care teaching system with
both financial and clinical product lines.
