 Gary
Archer is a licensed acupuncturist and doctor of Oriental
medicine and homeopathic medicine. Since 2003, Dr. Archer
has offered Arroyo Seco patients complementary alternative
medical (CAM) services, which include acupuncture as
well as herbal and homeopathic care.
Dr. Archer did his undergraduate studies at the University
of California at Berkely and then studied Oriental
medicine at Samra University of Oriental Medicine
in Los Angeles (M.S.). He also studied at South Baylo
University (O.M.D.) with post-graduate studies from
the Hahnemann College of Homeopathy in London, England
(H.M.D.).
He has been practicing for 18 years. He is currently
on staff at Alhambra Medical University (affiliated
with Alhambra Hospital) where he teaches Oriental
medical diagnosis and homeopathic medicine.
Dr. Archer enjoys a wide variety of activities including
Tai Qi Chuan and yoga. He loves dogs, especially Cocker
Spaniels, because of the serenity they bring to his
life.
