The Access Center is staffed with knowledgeable and experienced Customer Service Representatives ready to provide assistance with your appointment needs. Arroyo Seco Medical Group knows that your time is valuable. Therefore, we have expanded the call center to decrease your wait time. However, hold times may vary during busy times, such as Monday mornings.

We reserve several same-day appointments for patients requiring immediate medical care by a healthcare provider. To learn more about Fast Track, click here.

If this is your first appointment, please plan to arrive a half hour early and bring the following: a valid insurance card, a photo I.D., and copayment, if applicable. If the patient is a child, please bring immunization records.
